The TRACOM Group® has created the SOCIAL STYLE® interpersonal skills model to help people build rapport, increase versatility, and reduce workplace conflict by understanding a common set of preferred behaviors and providing tools to modify your own behavior to be more versatile when working with others. Participants compare their self-assessment to feedback from peers to develop a 360 view of their interactions.
The Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) ® assessment suites provide a range of choices to measure attributes that contribute to successful leadership and get feedback on areas of strength and opportunities for development. Both on-line self-study support and follow-up individual coaching are available to assist people in their development journey.
